The following codes are from The Sims 3 and may work with The Sims 3: Fast Lane Stuff. During gameplay press Ctrl + Shift + C or press Ctrl + Windows + Shift + C to bring up the console window, you can now enter one of the following case sensitive codes:
+1,000 Simoleons - kaching
+50,000 Simoleons - motherlode
Display random joke in console - jokePlease
Delete any object - Delete object
Toggle objects can be placed anywhere in Buy and Build modes - moveObjects <on or off>
Toggle on/off buying and building mode - AlwaysAllowBuildBuy <on or off>
Toggle on/off flashing plot symbols in neighborhood view - Disco tags <on or off>
Selected NPC has life end - ageupNPC
Ignore the cost when buying a lot in Town Edit mode - freerealestate
Return Sims to safe and neutral state at home - resetSim <first name> <last name>
Reset lifetime happiness of all Sims in active household - resetlifetimehappiness
