American Conquest v1.0 +7 Trainer by DEViANCE
American Conquest v1.0 +7 Trainer by SOULDRiNKER
The DEViANCE one is for the English version, the SOULDRiNKER one is for the German version, although they probably work for any language version.

I don't own this game unfortunately. Have you tried the v1.0 trainer, it may work on your version, depends on the memory addresses.
What options are you looking at? If it's just a resources option you can freeze the resources quite easily.
